  11. 1.  You must have Microsoft PLUS! For Windows.
  12. 2.  Unzip the zip file directly into the PLUS! Themes file folder.
  13. 3.  The theme should now be installed into the Start Mene control panel in Themes. Just scroll to file and apply.
